Hi there! I'm Lindsay. I'm a wife, mother, writer, editor, and speaker. My first book, Don’t Forget to Say Thank You: And Other Parenting Lessons That Brought Me Closer to God will be published in Fall 2018 by Ave Maria Press.
I have always loved books (who doesn't?!), and for over a decade, I have worked in virtually every aspect of book publishing, from bookselling to agenting, from marketing to editing. After my first child was born, I started working as a freelancer and, as a writer, have contributed to Verily, CatholicMom.com, Relevant Radio, Our American Stories, The Federalist, Soul Gardening, Blessed Is She, Natural Womanhood, and Brick House in the City. I'm passionate about storytelling, my Catholic faith, knitting, running (sometimes long distances while pregnant), and raising my family well.
Among my favorite books are Gilead by Marilynne Robinson, The Particular Sadness of Lemon Cake by Aimee Bender, and Tuck Everlasting by Natalie Babbitt. (Read them all, then let's chat!) I live in my New Jersey hometown with my high-school-sweetheart-turned-husband and our four kids, ages seven and under.
And yes, the bagels really are better here.
