Jessica, the curator at Telos Art, has some of the finest taste I've ever encountered. The jewelry she creates is stunning and other gifts she makes available on her shop are lovely without exception. I have a half-dozen pairs of her earrings and wore my St. Joseph medal as I prepared for consecration. Next on my list: the sterling silver Madonna and Child necklace.
Telos is a great place to treat yourself or to find a special gift for someone you love.

There's a lot of multitasking in my life these days. One of my favorite combinations is reading and working out. No, really. I often listen to audiobooks while I run, and now I can bike while I read! The FlexiSpot Desk Bike doesn't take up a lot of space, easily wheels from room to room, and is nearly silent when in use. Click the image for an Amazon affiliate link to get yours.
One of the greatest discoveries in my thirties has been The Balanced Life Sisterhood, an online Pilates program. I do 10-15 minutes of Pilates every weekday, and it helps me stay grounded and flexible--physically, mentally, and emotionally. In addition, I've noticed an increase in strength and muscle tone. The main instructor, Robin, preaches "grace over guilt," which is a life lesson we all need to reminded of on a daily basis.
